Greek. "... jump into a bowl of creamy hummus dip served with tasty, light wedges of pita bread, brushed with olive oil and butter and then grilled. Hummus is common in Middle Eastern cuisines. This version is made from garbanzo beans (aka chickpeas), tahini (sesame seed paste), garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and salt, with a few Kalamata olives popped on top. It's one of several recipes from (owner Phil) Courey's mom that show up on the menu, and was truly delicious." Opa!'s falafel is a "mix of mashed garbanzo beans, spices and herbs that's shaped into balls or patties and then fried. The excellent morsels were put into a pita and garnished with lettuce, tomato, pickle and tahini sauce." Entrees: $5.95 — $7.95.
